REFUNDS / PROGNODERefunds and cancellations.
This Refund Policy explains when you can get your money back for a PROGNODE subscription and what happens when you cancel.
Last updated: October 8, 2026
01 / PAYMENTSPaddle processes payments and refunds.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payments, invoices, sales tax and refunds.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paddle.
02 / FIRST PURCHASE30 days for a first purchase.
If PROGNODE is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first purchase of a subscription. No reason is required.
03 / RENEWALS14 days after a renewal.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly billing period until cancelled.
If a renewal was charged that you did not intend, you can request a full refund of that renewal within 14 days of the renewal date.
04 / OTHER CASESNo partial refunds.
Outside the periods above, payments are not refunded, and we do not refund unused months of a monthly or yearly billing period.
05 / CANCELLATIONCancel any time.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Manage billing in your PROGNODE account. Cancellation stops future renewals.
Your license stays valid until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
06 / AFTER A REFUNDThe refunded license ends.
When a payment is refunded, the related subscription is cancelled and the license for the refunded period is revoked. Your data stays on your own PROGNODE Core installation.
07 / HOW TO REQUESTRequest a refund.
Email hello@prognode.io from the address on your PROGNODE account and include your Paddle order or receipt number. You can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net.
08 / YOUR RIGHTSStatutory rights are not affected.
This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law. Where a separate written agreement applies, for example an Enterprise agreement, its refund terms apply.
